Nursing Services
At Pinnacle Healthcare, our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible to our residents. Our patients, their primary caregivers and healthcare team set goals that enable them to achieve their highest level of independence and improve their quality of life.
Each of Pinnacle’s facilities is Medicare certified for a wide range of skilled services.
Sub-Acute Care
Our facilities provide an extensive list of sub-acute services to meet the primary care needs of our residents, including wound care management, diabetic management, post-acute cardiac management, post-acute respiratory management, nutritional management (TPN) and bariatric care.
Long-Term Care
We offer comprehensive services for people who require 24-hour nursing care.
Respite Care
Respite care is available for individuals who want to stay for up to two weeks to allow their families or caregivers a chance to handle personal business.
Day Care
Currently offered at our Lincoln City and South Hills facilities, day care provides residents with a bed, meals and activities. We also assist with medication management.
Certified Wound Care
We are dedicated to providing the latest research-supported wound care interventions, employing board-certified wound specialists to consult on complex acute and chronic wound patients. Specialized treatments include vacuum assisted closure, conservative sharp debridement and electrical stimulation for wound healing.
Pharmacy Services
Prescription medication is delivered seven days a week to each Pinnacle facility and all pharmacy services are billed as a part of the facility charges; they are not billed separately.
Infrared Therapy
Infrared therapy is the use of photo energy at specific wavelengths to reduce pain and increase circulation. It is also being successful at treating non-healing wounds and is provided on an inpatient and outpatient basis. back to topˆ |
