Career Opportunities RN Care Manager (RCM) Opportunity for a currently Oregon licensed nurse who is responsible and accountable for managing the over-all nursing care of their assigned residents. The RCM supervises and coordinates with all members of the health care team to develop and maintain a high quality of nursing care for residents to insure the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
