Career Opportunities Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) The primary responsibility is the delivery of occupational therapy treatments to patients according to designed treatment plans by the supervising therapist. COTA’s must maintain timely and accurate records according to policies, procedures and regulations, which include screenings, progress notes, treatment guides and service logs.
